Onwards We Climb, 2024
Perhaps Olivia’s favourite work she has made to date, Onwards We Climb features an alpine mountain scattered with snow. The viewer's gaze is directed through a canopy of trees painted in aquamarine, green, turquoise and bright blue that frame the mountain. The work is composed of three different layers each hand cut using a scalpel and then painted with acrylic ink, acrylic paint and gouache.
